My name’s Shaun and I started this site initially as a personal space to write about our exciting industry and share stories, insights, and best practices. Recently, I added a job board to the site to help others in our CS community find a great opportunity.

I bring half a decade of Customer Success experience in managing over $10 million in portfolio revenue with Fortune 500 companies and top-tier organizations in the world of financial and regulatory SaaS.

Currently, I work for an exciting tech startup as an Enterprise CSM, where I push us forward in enhancing customer relationships and building lasting processes as we continue to grow. This type of work is especially fulfilling for me because I have the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing team, shape our department, and work with customers in a rapidly revolutionizing industry.

I’m a remote worker and embrace the flexible lifestyle this provides (and for that reason, a large majority of the jobs we post are Remote-first). I love espresso, new foods, and traveling around the world.
